Staff was friendly professional, I did not want to leave there!

Location: the hotel was really close to the shops, The Embankment for a first internet date, and the river and the town. There were incredibly nice breakfasts with toast and packed eggs, as example and 

Loved the classic-style building and our recently decorated and reasonably large room with good facilities.

The employees of the hotel were very welcoming and polite. I got gorgeous breakfast with poached eggs on sourdough toast and the most perfect view of the river Ouse and extra drinks included.

We were really impressed with our stay at this place. The location on the river provided beautiful walkways on both sides, allowing for wonderful outlooks. The service and housekeeping were excellent, and we were welcomed 

By and large, it was fantastic base for sightseeing in Bedford, had much fun and met well-trained staff on shift. It had central location close to Bedford Museums. This hotel was in a very nice area adjacent to restaurants and the river.  

This is a hotel go-to for Bedford! I have stayed in the twin/double room with flat-screen television, ironing facilities and a study table. The property has an incredible and pleasant location, next to the river, the restaurant and breakfast and the pub 

Unique and modern rooms with modern decor, free Wi-Fi. Great and fab location near the centre, classic style building. Based short walk to Milton Keynes and the river and a tree-lined walk.

My stay was great on a business trip. Central location short walk to the lake district, it was in a good area. Plus, Russell Park was not too far from the venue. The employees were pleasant and exceptional.  

Perfect and clean place, polite and exceptional staff on shift. The breakfast with innovative touches. Stunning location in a great area close enough to the river and a tree-lined walk, resteraunts and Milton Keynes where there is a huge difference in price to be treated like 

Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Bedford. Thoroughly enjoyed how pleasant and wonderful the property was and its enthusiastic staff on shift. Room was unique and new-fashioned the food was appetising, 4 stars. The beds were exceptionally 

The hotel was clean based in a classic style building with amiable staff.

Lovely old fashioned and newly remodelled place to stay with hard-working staff on shift. Great riverside location for our needs, just next door to Peach pubs, and the river and a tree-lined walk.

No elevator.

The location was marvellous and lovely - ease of access to Bedford Museums. There was a pleasant restaurant just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Overall had brilliant stay in February. Our room was high quality and beautifully decorated, had a luxury bathroom. There were an ironing set and climate control, which was great.

All in all everything was nice, had a such great stay on a business trip. The staff was enthusiastic, courteous, and responded promptly to requests. The room was unique and modern with an exceptionally comfortable bed
